Refund Policy
1. Scope & policy statement
This Refund Policy supplements our Returns & Exchange and Cancellation policies. Refunds are issued in the circumstances described here.
2. When refunds are provided
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: full refund to the original payment method or replacement (customer’s choice, subject to stock).
• Order cancelled by Sudima: full refund to the original payment method.
• Change of mind / discretionary refunds: Sudima’s default policy is to offer exchange or store credit for non-defect returns. Cash refunds for change of mind will be granted only in exceptional circumstances at Sudima’s discretion.
3. Refund process & timeline
• Once an approved return reaches our facility and passes inspection, Sudima will initiate the refund within 3 business days.
• Actual time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on the original payment method and bank:
• Card payments: up to 7–10 business days.
• UPI / Net banking / Wallets: typically 3–7 business days.
• Other payment methods: timelines vary by provider.
4. Deductions & shipping charges
Refunds will generally include the product price. Shipping charges are refundable only when the refund is due to Sudima’s error (damaged/defective/wrong item) or when otherwise stated during approval. If shipping is non-refundable, Sudima will clearly state any deductions on the refund note.

If you have not received your refund within the stated timelines, contact surupa@sudima.in with your order number and refund reference.
