1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.sudima.in and purchases of products from Sudima. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and our policies (Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Privacy, Cookie).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on the Site. Minors may use the Site only under parental supervision.
3. Orders & acceptance
All orders placed on the Site are subject to acceptance by Sudima. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example: stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud). If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund.
4. Prices & taxes
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include taxes where indicated. Sudima reserves the right to modify prices due to typographical errors or other errors.
5. Payment
You agree to pay all charges to your account in accordance with the payment terms presented. Payment processing is performed by our third-party payment providers.
6. Shipping, title & risk
Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier (except where consumer protection law stipulates otherwise).
7. Returns & refunds
Subject to our Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policies.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is intellectual property of Sudima or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. User contributions
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content you grant Sudima a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing and other lawful business purposes.
10. Prohibited conduct
You shall not use the Site for illegal purposes, upload harmful code, infringe IP rights, harass or defame others, or attempt to interfere with Site functionality.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sudima’s liability for any direct losses arising from use of the Site or purchase of products is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Sudima shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Sudima harmless from claims arising out of your breach of the Terms or misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
14. Changes to Terms
Sudima may revise the Terms from time to time. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.
